At the end of 2007 the majority stake of the company was purchased by CyberTech International, our
manufacturing partner for many years. The closer relationship forged with CyberTech International
allows Activa to further improve and widen its range of quality products and services, in order to
better respond to the ever increasing requirements of the market.
